Brett was my assistant for many of the weddings I shot a few years back.  Our first wedding together was on a blazing hot Saturday in July – he showed up and went right to work with minimal direction and he was my go-to guy whenever I needed help at weddings.  After about a year, he moved on to other things (like a real job and school and playing and traveling with a band).  A bummer for me but way better for him.  Then out of the blue an email from Brett arrived in my in-box.  Apparently somewhere along the way from then to now he decided to man up and ask his incredible girlfriend to marry him – and to no one’s surprise she said yes.  I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed shooting this beautiful event for these two incredible people.  But the best part?  For me, it’s always the grandparents.  I love them all, every wedding, no exceptions.  And the photos below of Erin’s grandparents are some of my favorites of all time.  You can see more via the slide show by going here:  Erin + Brett

Here is a slide show of a some of my favorite bridal shots from last year. Most of these were done on the wedding day. A good solid time line for the wedding day is essential for great photography, so if you don’t have a bridal session done before the wedding be sure to plan your hair and makeup appointments early to allow plenty of time on the wedding day for your bridal pictures.

Ashley first contacted me to shoot her wedding, but I was already booked on her wedding day. Months later, she called me again to see if I could photograph her bridal session, and I jumped at the chance.
