I was really looking forward to shooting this wedding after I learned the ceremony was going to be held at the Holy Family Cathedral.  The church has undergone some remarkable renovations and is very colorful (which always makes for nice photos).    I’ll add a list of vendors later, but you can check out the slideshow of the wedding day here:  Sarah + Brian

So I’m getting my hair cut, talking with Candice (stylist most extraordinaire) when she tells me she needs some head shots.  We meet up a few days later and I’m doing flips over the awesome light, no wind, and incredible presence she has in front of the camera.  She told me she wanted head shots, but I talked her into doing a full Promotional Portrait session.  The Promotional Portrait session is an extended session that allows for mulitple poses and wardrobe changes, and is perfect for someone that needs several different looks.  Full retouching and usage rights are included for five selections; you receive the high resolution digital files of your selections to use in any of your promotional material.  If you are a stylist, an author, an actor, or a professional that needs something a little more than a standard head shot, give me a call or send me an email to discuss your specific needs.

After getting the new website up, I decided to say goodbye to my blogspot blog and install a new integrated template designed to really showcase the pictures in a big way.  Don’t be intimidated by the crazy long out of control categories link, it was imported from the old blog and is in the process of being trimmed to a manageable size.  You can also look forward to plenty of articles and features about my favorite wedding vendors, wedding photography, and other tidbits of helpful advice about planning a wedding.

They’re smart, wild, crazy, smart, fun, intense, and did I say smart?   Yeah, smart, and they are in their last year at university school before moving on to high school.  I was asked to take a class photo so we rounded them up and had about 90 minutes to make it happen.
